An outdoor cooking class led by the Sprouting Kitchen on the beautiful Loose Leaf Farm. The farm is located next to the Rio Grande in the North Valley.

• Participants will cook tasty and nutritious recipes using farm-fresh produce

• Family friendly, children welcome with supervision

Sarah and Mark, the farmers, are truly stewards of the land and use regenerative agriculture practices so create healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy humans! Come learn about their practices, you’ll be inspired and well-nourished.

Yoga offered before on the farm from 8-9 am, donation-based
