I absolutely love these classes! They have been part of our self care during these times. I have loved learning how to create my own fresh sauces with less sodium and sugar, use spice for flavor and less salt, how to prepare some foods I had no experience with, and healthier versions of some favorites all while learning fun facts about balancing vitamins and nutrients.
