Location Options

We offer nutrition and cooking education hosted in multiple formats and locations:

• Join us on a local farm—our flagship offering and where it
all began!

• We can also bring our education on-site to your
organization or workplace.

• Join us virtually from anywhere in the world!

Offerings

Hands-On Cooking Classes – where all participants
actively learn and practice cooking skills. The class finishes
with sharing the meal we’ve created together!

Demonstrations – where our staff educates and
demonstrates healthy recipes and nutrition
principles. Samples are always provided!

What Impact Have We Made

Participants said our classes made them more excited to try new vegetables, cook & more vegetables, and meet new people.

In our reoccurring class with New Mexico State Universities ICAN Program at Chispas farm, 60% of graduates reported increased consumption of orange/red or dark green vegetables.
