🧘‍♀️ 10:00 AM: All-Levels Yoga with Grant

Grant Heileman is our owner Fallon’s husband. He is finishing his yoga training at our favorite local studio, Bhava Yoga. This class will be great for any levels and above all — a great way to start your weekend in the shady beautiful farm space!

🍅 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Stations & Demos!

• Cooking Demonstrations — learn about & sample some of our all-time favorite Sprouting Kitchen recipes!
• Interactive workshops to help you celebrate your own accomplishments!
• Kid-friendly activities
• Live art! A local artist will be capturing the impact, inspiration, and favorite recipes of the Sprouting Kitchen!

To Register:

Purchase as many adult and childrens tickets you’d like. You can also purchase at the door, but purchasing ahead helps us plan better!
