Nourish & Flourish Fall Workshop

Nourish & Flourish is a Food Exploration workshop designed to empower you to create a joyful, nourishing, and sustainable approach to food. Through expert guidance, practical tools, and supportive strategies, you’ll gain the confidence to follow through with your food goals—all while being part of a welcoming community of like-minded individuals.

This series is designed for those who…

  • Struggle to build healthy eating habits that last
  • Want guidance in developing a positive, balanced relationship with food
  • Looking to incorporate more seasonal, plant-forward cooking
  • Want to explore new recipes and mindful eating practices
  • Thrive with support, accountability, and a welcoming community to help you reach your food goals

Both Isa and Fallon have seen that we can give people all the recipes and nutrition information, but without creating a strong foundation, the healthy habits won’t stick. Our goal for this series is that you walk away feeling empowered, confident, and with a plan — for your health ambitions and goals!

 

 

What we’ll be discussing:

🌱 Food Roots Exploration: Looking at how our backgrounds and experiences have shaped our food views

🌸 Fall Energy & Food Vision: Using fall energy to design aspirations and goals for nourishment

🧘🏻‍♀️ Mindfulness & Joy: Learning techniques to help us slow down and enjoy our food more

📝 Making a Plan: Carving out time so that our intentions become reality

🍳 Delicious Fall Meal: A moment to nourish ourselves and practice the techniques discussed with a seasonally inspired meal 

 

The details:

Location: Chispas farm in the South Valley of Albuquerque, NM

Limited Spots: There are only TEN available spots!

Cost: $150 for the workshop. We are offering one or two, 50% off scholarships. To apply for the scholarship, fill out the form here. 

Lunch Provided: We will provide a delicious, seasonally-driven meal for each class.

About the series’ hosts:

Isa Nellos is a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with over two years of experience running her own private practice, Wellness with Isa. She specializes in helping individuals create a positive and balanced approach to food, exercise, and mental self-care for overall wellbeing. 

In her free time, Isa enjoys long-distance running, doing yoga, journaling, gardening, cooking fun and creative recipes, and spending time with loved ones.
