Learn Why Mushrooms Are Good For Us & the Planet: Mushrooms are trendy right now for some good reasons: they are delicious and sustainable! Did you know mushrooms have a small carbon footprint due to their low water needs and ability to grow in recycled materials? They’re also full of selenium and vitamin D, which are great for our immune systems.

Cook a Delicious & Accessible Recipe: You’ll learn how to cook mushrooms to really bring out their umami flavor (aka savory deliciousness) like a pro! We’ll give them a simple quick sear, which creates that restaurant-quality browning. Then we’ll toss them in a luscious lemon and wine sauce to serve on top of pasta.

Know Your Farmer: You’ll hear from an innovative mushroom farmer to show us what growing mushrooms looks like and why they are so important for our future. It is amazing to see how many mushrooms can grow in such little space, you may be tempted to grow some mushrooms at home!

How it Works:

  • Length: This experience is 90 minutes long, including time for cooking and team-building activities. 
  • Price: Starting at $1200 for groups up to 25 (please inquire for larger groups)

We’ve Created Some Mushroom Cooking Pros!

Our group had a blast in the mushroom cooking class! In addition to learning new cooking techniques, Fallon weaved in anecdotes and information about mushrooms, which made the class both fun and educational. She facilitated a wonderful experience for our group, all of whom were delighted with the experience and their dinner afterwards. I hope to work with Fallon again in the future, it was truly a treat!
