How to build a pesto
The classic pesto is basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan, and olive oil. While this is delicious and a classic for a reason, I give you permission to think beyond the classic!!!
In the guide below you’ll find options for different nuts, greens, and cheese you can use. Put this pesto on pasta, toast, fish, grilled meats/proteins. You can even add some mayo or yogurt and use it in a dip or salad dressing!
