Radish Butter

This recipe takes those slightly bitter radishes on a hot sear through some butter and oil. We then finish them with soy sauce and honey, for a salty-sweet finish. The radishes go from spicy to crispy and salty on the outside, but soft and sweet on the outside.

Radish Butter

Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes (or about 1/2 pound) grated or sliced thinly
  • 6 tablespoons butter (or about 1/3 cup) softened to room temperature
  • Salt flaky salt works well here!
  • Serve with toast, crackers, or crunchy lettuce

Instructions

  • Mix butter and radishes together. Spread on toast, or medium of choice. Then sprinkle with salt on top.
