Join us for a cooking class! We will be making:
- A homemade curry paste with cilantro stems, garlic, ginger, shallot and lime.
- Then we’ll cook the pasta with coconut milk, fish sauce, mushrooms, bok choy (can sub other veggies) and chicken (can sub tofu).
- We’ll put the curry over some rice or rice noodles – whatever your prefer!
