Our cooking classes are a one-of-a-kind experience. We bring the cooking class to beautiful and unique spaces like local farms, and in this class, a favorite local brewery! During this unique experience you’ll learn some new culinary skills, cook with the best local produce, and share a delicious meal with old & new friends.

. .

What we’ll be cookin:

Spring is the season of crispy greens, crunchy vegetables, and zippy herbs. There is no better time to learn how to make really good salads. You’ll learn our *5 expert tips* to balanced & delicious salads. Then we’ll divide into groups and prepare a salad, which will include:

  • A mix of local veggies chosen for ultimate flavor, crunch, and color
  • A perfectly balanced dressing (there is a formula!)
  • Sourdough breadcrumbs crisped in olive oil
  • It will be a well balanced salad – you won’t leave hungry, we promise!

More about Bow & Arrow Brewery:

We are so excited to be partnering with the first Native women-owned brewery! Their beer menu includes unique sour beers and uses indigenous ingredients, like foraged wild sumac, prickly pears, Navajo tea leaves, and juniper berries. To learn more visit their instagram and website to their beautifully crafted beer cans and stories.

Who is this class for?

This class is for someone who wants a unique cooking experience. You’ll learn about local farms, sustainability, nutrition, and cooking techniques. Our recipes focus on teaching you how to utilize and cook with seasonal produce, but it doesn’t matter if you are a vegetarian, vegan, or carnivore – we all need to eat more plants!

Whether you’re a beginner or more seasoned cook, everyone can learn from our classes. We always have extra staff who can help with additional instruction if needed.
